Education for Certified Residential Classification
Question:
What are the education requirements to become certified residential?
Answer:
You must be licensed and must take the following courses:
Residential Statistics, Modeling, and Finance (15 hours)
Advanced Residential Applications and Case Studies (15 hours)
Residential Appraisal Subject Matter Electives (20 hours)
